Broad Experience We work with groups as small as 5, to large group conferences of as many as 500+ people. These cover all organizational settings from the boardroom to the front line, and often in multi-stakeholder sessions that involve employees, customers, and suppliers as well as managers and directors. We feel priviledged to have shared our participative and experiential approach with those who've been a part of the hundreds of sessions we've facilitated. Range of Methods We offer clients a wide range of facilitation technologies and organizational development methods. During our initial discussion with a client, we identify their unique circumstances, culture and the outcomes they wish to achieve. As needed, we develop an integrated change strategy, and then develop customized designs and processes to achieve the targetted results.
