Fishing:

Amisk Lake is surprisingly deep for its size; it was carved by the meltwater of receding glaciers long ago.   The waters teem with Northern Pike and perch, though you do require a license. 

Fish right off the dock, borrow our canoe or launch your boat and troll the lake with other early morning enthusiasts.  Or just spend some lazy hours casting in a favourite bay.
